Now go to tools and make sure "Archive Invalidation" is checked, if not check it, if it is then uncheck and recheck it just to be 100% sure (I had to do this before). This prevents the manager from trying to connect to the Nexus when you install mods. Once that's installed, start it and select Fallout 3, then lick settings and uncheck "Check for new FOMod versions" and "Add missing info to FOMods". After that you'll need to install FOMM and follow through the installation process. If you switch to FOMM I think can help a little bit įirstly, uninstall the mod with NMM before doing anything else, then remove NMM and if you have it, "Archive Invalidation Invalidated" I think it's called. FOMM is simpler and I'd say easier to use. A for the manager I personally don't like the NMM.
